01. BRIEF


Sanitas was set to launch "Cuida tu Mente" (Take Care of Your Mind), a new mental and emotional health service within its bluaU digital add-on, with the aim of offering an innovative approach to psychological care.

The campaign was designed to convey the importance of taking care of the mind as well as the body, eliminating stigmas and showcasing the technology and professionalism behind the service.
















02. INSIGHT



Since the pandemic, there has been a boom in downloads of non-medically certified support or self-help apps, as well as an increase in the following of influencers who, without professional training, offer advice on mental health. 

Many people turn to these solutions in search of support, but instead of receiving adequate help, they may end up perpetuating their distress or even aggravating it. 

At the same time, we continue to live in a society that prioritizes outward appearances, where people hide their true emotional state for fear of judgment or gossip. 

This reality represents an opportunity for Sanitas, which, with Cuida tu mente, offers a professional medically validated service with real prevention and treatment tools to care for mental health in a rigorous and effective manner.






03. IDEA


In a world where outward appearances often do not reflect how we feel inside, Cuida tu mente (Take Care of Your Mind) presents itself as a reliable and professional solution for rigorously caring for mental health. 

The “Inside, Outside” campaign uses juxtaposed images to show the contrast between what we project and our emotional reality, highlighting the importance of seeking out reputable medical services rather than quick fixes without professional support.
